Still Oda has had a rough year due to multiple sicknesses, even though its a norm for a mangaka and we know that no one else dedicates more time to their manga more than Oda-san.

Second of all, he has rare examples of using them well. The majority of the time he just throws them in and shows us stuff we have already been showed the chapter before and the chapter before that.
