Yeah, live action movies that draw from animated series NEVER work. Look at the last airbender, dragonball evolution, etc. It just never works. If there are two industries filmmakers are not ready to draw from, its anime and video games, there is almost no realism in these industries and its difficult to translate them to live action film.

Don't take this the wrong way, but the cast you created is terrible.
ESPECIALLY for Naruto and Sasuke, the two main characters. The others are passable
