Yeah, also this. Basically Kakashi is a lot faster than base Bee, has a powerful and fast attack in Raikiri/Raiden after a quick Shunshin (Bee can't dodge and can't block), has versatility, trickery and skill on his side.

What the hell? You pulled scans that are to do with Chakra concentration. It's got nothing to do with Itachi.

The first scan showed Sasuke concentrating chakra to his legs to move faster your statement about chakra not effecting speed is false. , as genjutsu & Ninjutsu the amount of chakra you have effect them also.
