Second ever attempt, took me about 3 hours :c I coloured everything in At start it was just blank!

You have little detail I tried to put in (eye shine, eye shadow, Cloth little blend of colour

PLEASE PLEASE tell me how I can improve, because I was not too sure

It looks really good. I wouldn't have changed anything, I mean obviously if you were to go back and keep working further you could add more shades but that doesn't have to do with quality. Even if you don't add more shades it looks really clean as it is.
