Kabuto, top ten or not?

So title says it all. Many people agree that it's fact that Kabuto is one of the top ten most powerful Shinobi in Naruto. Although at the same time loads of people disagree and say that he's not top ten. What do you think?

no he isn`t. and i`ll tell you why. he basically is constructed from parts.. and i know in manga and anime they wait til the enemy uses whatever jutsu, bla bla bla, but frankly speaking, on the battlefield you don`t have time to switch those who you absorbed... and 1st moment you do a mistake, they will punish you... his only thing that`s basically his is medical ninjutsu and sage mode that he learned..
and no matter what, obito was going to dispose of him sooner or later.. i know he was great cuz he fought itachi and sasuke and etc etc.. but... kamui power, dude... just opening kamui, teleporting his head in kamui then close the portal through dimentions would just chop his head from his shoulders.. that`s what also kakashi tried.. so.. he isn`t in top10.

What kind of bullshit is that? I doubt Bee would even be able to touch Kabuto with Samehada. If Kabuto can dodge a Susanoo arrow at point blank range, then I think the time it would take bee to swing Samehada at Kabuto wouldn't even be a challenge for Kabuto to evade.

You must be kidding, he didn't take long when going dsm at all against Sasuke and itachi, if he can do that against those two it's pretty much a given her could do it almost anytime in a one on one, barring the obvious like the sage and his kin he is easily top 10
