Whos Susanoo is bigger and better? Sasuke or Madara

Is Madara's perfect susanoo bigger than Sasukes,whos got the stronger susanoo?

Sasuke has wings due to the fact he converted both of his arms into them so his susanoo can fly.

(excluding the fact that sasukes can block out tsukuyomi light)

Madara's is bigger, but Sasuke's is better in every conceivable way. It's faster. Madara's has only ever taken on step. It can fly, Madara's can't. It's got more power as well. Madara's got taken out by Shinsuusneju with Kurama's help. Sasuke's slices up Chibaku Tensei that dwarf Shinsuusenju. It's attack speed is also insane. It could slash the meteor into bits in a short amount of time. Madara's doesn't do that.
