All Shino and Shikamaru know is clan Jutsu. Is Shino going to teach the kids how to bring bugs out of their body?Sai has no emotions and can't talk to people normally. Shikamaru's jutsu are all clan jutsu too.
And Naruto has already taught Konohamaru the rasengan and shadow clones.

I'd hate to admit it then but the only person who could possibly be a good sensei to teach the kids about stuff like chakra control, basic bukijutsu, basic strategies, basic tactics and basic techniques would be Sasuke.

Again the Deva and Animal Paths did most of the damage.Look at how easily Naruto subdued the Naraku path during his fight with Pain.

Get the Preta and Naraku Paths alone and away from the others then they aren't a serious threat.
