I don't think I care enough to do that bet. But just so we're clear, how many plates do you put on the bar. I use imperial measurements so 160 kg = 350 lbs. 350 lbs is the bar plus 3 45lb plates on each side plus another 35 lbs

Well i live in europe so we use kg bars usually the 20 kg ones have 45 lbs on the other side but i don't know if that is the currect lbs i have no idea how much 20 kgs is in lbs anyway the bar is 20 kgs i put three 20 kg plates on each side and one 10 kg plate on each side then i squat
