The Purple Flames look like they are going to be overcome by Bazz's fire, but they actually eat away at the normal fire and absorb it - the purple fire grows bigger the more it eats and continue forward at Bazz.

The Purple Fire Eats through the lava and grows, eating more lava and getting through the attack hitting Bazz B and burning him to a crisp. The Lava falls around Saeko and she watches her flames engulf him, knowing they cannot be put out with anything unless she wills it.
