[Theory] It's not another dimension

I have a feeling that this isnt another dimension maybe kaguya just transported them to a place where the shinjuu roots werent located since it seems the roots are where the zetsu are spawned from.

Thinking this way she probably ported them to another island away from the sinjuu tree locations to prevent damage from the fight. This could also explain why the edokages can still sense Team 7 if you think about it this way it makes sense because when people were taken to kamui dimension their chakra disappeared. Using that as an example maybe it was just a teleport inside a volcano where the roots werent located.

Maybe this is also where she thought was the safest place to fight it might even be the place of her battle with her sons who knows.

Seeing it all this way means there is a limit of where the roots can locate maybe the tree is attracted to places where alot of chakra or life force is located if this is the case then it would be the reason why there was people to defy kaguya in the past when she cast the I.T the first time.

i dont see anywhere in that where it said their chakra disappeared maybe he was talking about madaras since right before he was thinking about the rods disappearing and notice kakashi saying what he did with a ? at the end it was a question not a statement

Kakashi was clearly questioning how Sasuke was able to use Kuchiyose in another dimension, not if they were in another dimension.

He's obviously talking about the same chakra Tobirama felt(past tense). Kaguya made clear that she does not want to fight on Earth.

Tobirama said he felt an enormous chakra, but it was stated that it had vanished.

Another thing were that all ninja were being control, in a way.
So the atmosphere will change according.

For example
You are in the disco with all those disco lights flashing and hot dancing.
Then the mood change to, say, formal dancing mood,
so do the atmosphere have to change to suit the soft dancing music.

I just saw that same thing myself. It doesn't look like any architecture we've seen from any of the major villages so far, but we haven't seen it up close yet.

Also, it's very strange to build anything on the side of an active volcano. Quite mysterious

I agree that Kaguya most likely teleported them to the other side of the planet. It would explain why it's daylight out.
