obito's intangibility is due to warping parts of his body,when he warps his full body,he himself goes to the other dimension.
First scan,every inch of his body isnt attacked.
2ns scan he warped his whole body which ended him in his own dimension,unless naruto attacked him inside a bijudama?
3rd scan,naruto's clone which kakashi warped hits him in the dimension
when konan attacked him,all his body was attacked and he was forced to teleport which is slower than normal warping and he got partially hit(his mask was blown)

Summoning is an s/t jutsu which bends time and space,no matter where you are once you are summoned you go to that location.
Obito usuall puts people in genjutsu once he sends them there like fuu and torune,so maybe that was his plan. Obito sends people there by bending space and time,one can come back here by doing just that.
