--Having no intel at all on nagato is a huge disadvantage for the uchiha bros..

--With Sasuke only having upto V4 as well as Itachi,,, all of their attacks are absorbed by preta,,,

--Sasuke and Itachi lack the legged susanoo variants here meaning that nagato can use BT to pull them out as well and attack them effectively through ningendo,, whilst having the preta barrier up,,

--CQC is suicide for the uchiha bros due to shurado, chakra rods and ningendo,,,, as they would get overwhelmed jus how KCM Naruto and Killer bee did at CQC

--Itachi being alive hurts him herre,, since the drawbacks of overusing his MS is a liability,, as he needs it to compete against nagato here,,,,,

--Everything in EMS Sasukes arsenal is absorbed as nagato can attack him effectively with his boss sized ST,, and with the latter having his puppets with him as well,, he wins this,,

Why is it EMS Sasuke in the OT if he can't even use PS? Itachi is almost a non-factor here since Sasuke can do anything he can do but better.
