As the title asked. Do they still can regenerate chakra?

Previously the manga stated that the undead have unlisted chakra, and can regenerate their lost part whenever they want.
Minato hand is destroyed by obito and its been explain those who been hit by so6p chakra could not be regenerated. That I understand.

But when tobirama rescued by sasuke, he claimed that he currently only have limited chakra to ftg sent 1 people go to madara or obito.

It's confused.

If they have unlimited chakra, I am sure tobi or minato could ftg everyone else to kaguya place. Since obito and sasuke. Still have the ftg marking on their back.
