Did Madara know everyone was going to Turn into zetsu?

He created Zetsu clones attaching to Gedo Mazou, the Shinju's vessel. Not to mention, Hagoromo wrote the information about his mother, Shinju, himself and all biggest events occurred during his era. Madara read all of the tablets. So, he knew about them turning into Zetsu. The ''peace'' dialogue he talked about was a way to justify his actions.​

He created the Zetsus using the Gedo Mazo and Hashirama's cells so they could help carry out his plan. I don't think he knew there was another way to create them. As misguided and crazy as he was, he truly seemed to think IT was the only way to true peace. I don't think he would have started IT if he knew it would create an army of Zetsus.

I know, that isn't the scan I was talking about. I'm sure there is one with Obito or Madara saying that the people will be sustained by the Shinju while in the MT. Madara only read it with the EMS so he is probably just assuming that they would live and not be turned into Zetsu.
