aren't white zetsus really weak? why does kaguya need an army of them

Kaguya's won't be that weak. She is far stronger than an old madara and rinnegan obito. She is also probably better than both of them in Inyoton jutsu + her zetsu will be powered by her chakra+shinju chakra.

I'd be surprised if they weren't far stronger. Although the majority arent, some would be born from ninja that are far stronger than the zetsu, so I cant see them regressing to that level. Plus she has the god tree as opposed to Madara creating them from the Gedo Mazo. I think they'll be much stronger.

No the artificial Zetsus that used Fake Hashirama's body and The Gedo Mazou as ingredients are weak.

Real Zetsus made from real people and the God tree are gonna be Many times stronger and could probably use their original Jutsus.

Well they already seem to have the rinnegan.

There are two different types of Zestus. The incomplete ones made from Hashirama's clone and much stronger ones Kaguya will be creating.
