Statistically speaking, Sasuke has saved Naruto many more times than Naruto has save Sasuke. Beyond that, Naruto has failed in his life goal to "save" Sasuke from darkness until now. Beyond that, destructive power isn't everything in combat and we've seen Sasuke's ability with his Rinnegan. Its a form of teleportation, Minato wasn't destructive in combat, yet he was seen as one of the deadliest Shinobis of all time. (Sasuke is using teleportation as Minato, just a more advanced version and thus is also more deadly in combat.)

1. - Haku fight, Sasuke saves Naruto's life. - Itachi & Kisame, Sasuke rushes in and tries to kill Itachi. Getting himself injured and stall Itachi and Kisame long enough for Jiraya to arrive. - Part 1 end, Shippuden start. Sasuke avoids killing Naruto, Sai saves Naruto but Sasuke could easily have tried to kill Naruto again if he wanted at the time. Yes, I am saying that his Susano'o would have protected them against that. What about the other millions of rocks falling down afterwards? (Naruto just blew them up, he didn't completely obliterate them.) Even so, Sasuke isn't stupid enough to try and block something he cannot block. In other words, he himself meant he would be able to block it. (Which is most likely the case, from what we've seen of the Susano'o so far.)
