What You do not realize is that even the shadow clones pains and injuries are shared with the user just like the experience was when naruto learned Rasenshuriken, though as soon as a shadow clone is striked with any attack it disappears but such attacks are unavoidable as was seen in season 1 when 3rd hokage sealed 1st and 2nd hokage using his clones it appeared on him too and then he sealed orochimaru's hands.

It does not work. Minato cannot tangibly place a Flying Raijin Seal on Susanoo as it is purely made of Chakra. He would have to physical mark the target.
