The user channels their lightning chakra through the mechanism to be able to launch the pendulums; the wire can reach up to mid-range. And using the lightning chakra the pendulums are very fast and are extremely maneuverable being able to launch faster than one can throw a kunai/shuriken and can make complex turns on a dime, zig zag, and can retract back to the mechanism as fast as they are launched. The user can be recognized that they are using the pendulums, because when channeling their lightning chakra sparks can be seen flashing around the users body. The pendulums vibrate due to the lightning chakra and can easily pierce the human body and rocks, or cut it if the user wishes by correctly angling the pendulum such as turning it the right way when launched.

I stand before an old man covered in a blue clothing, he was of a dark skin color and had a braid falling down his face. The likes of him looked like an old teacher, but surely none of mine. Although the aura of the man is friendly it looks like he is of one of the most elite of classes. So what brings you here old man? I say this holding up my arm and pointing at him with my index finger.

Unalaq sees a younger male before him in the distance. he could feel a peculiar presence from the child but at the moment paid it no mind until the younger male before him raised his arm to point to himself while asking of his intentions. This action made by the kid kinda irritated and compelled him to speak.

Unalaq: Don't you know it is rude to point? *sighs* well if you must know, I've come from a long absence and this old man needs some exercise. Wanna be my partner?

At that moment the veins around his eyes potruded from his face and the pupils of his eyes constricted, thus revealing his bloodline trait, The Byakugan. At that moment he was able to see thru matter, thru his opponent revealing his chakra and his chakra network, and allowed his vision to expand 360 degrees up to 300m from him.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Its been a long time since I had an invitation to a fight that wouldn't end up in the death of my enemy. You do know I am not good at holding back... I activate my 1T Sharingan, and began to observe the man's chakra. It was calm and extremely controlled, it moved only as he willed it too. But I will try for the sake of breaking your brittle bones, old man! I then quickly preform the Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram in quick succession (wind specialty) , expelling a long blade of wind in the form of a hurricane force wind that cuts the two trees around the man forcing them to fall inward on him while and heading to slash him. Don't die too quickly!

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.

The moment Unalaq notices the wind chakra heading toward as it cuts up the trees surrounding him and carrying them towards him he grins out of sheer excitement. Using his amazing chakra control he simultaneously expels large amounts of chakra from all 361 chakra points in his body while suddenly spins in high velocity, Unalaq creates a orb of chakra around himself that defends the slicing air currents and shreds the trees upon impact before.

upon the conclusion of the rotation, Unalaq begin to knead suiton chakra at his right hand and creates water before he uses the remaining momentum of the rotation to swing his right hand causing to release the water at his hand into a barrage of small water bullets that travel faster than a thrown kunai thanks from the transfered momentum.

From there Unalaq kicks off the ground to close the distance between him and his opponent by bolting towards him.

I can feel the excitement, and the anticipation all in one moment waiting for the trees to fall I can almost feel a smirk across my face. . But then the man starts to react, he begins to spin from left to right releasing chakra from his entire body. What profound control I can't help but mutter. But I snap back to calm composure. He creates a powerful sphere of incredibly thick chakra in hid immediate vicinity that cancel out my hurricane blade in a burst of pressure in an instant while simultaneously grinding the trees and branches .. into dust.

You gonna have to do better than that if you plan defeat me.

The man then waves his hand at me, and forming spheres of water out of then air and launching them at me at will. HA! I inhale deeply with my eyes wide open and tilting my head back and exhaling a blast of big enough to engulf the barrage of water and cancel it out. Leaving the water to explode leaving little and slightly cold drops on my face. Let's kick this up a notch. I instantly go into an array of the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals, instantly making pillars surround the man on four different sides and bind him in place with an electric shock. I Quickly place a kunai in my mouth . My eyes widen.. He we go. I launch the pendulums from wrist at high speed, sparks flying wildly from my body aiming for his heart and one at his eye moving in unpredictable zig zag patterns to the helpless man.

after noticing his water jutsu is countered being really knowledgable on lightning as it is Unalaq's specialty he quickly recognize the handseals being made but still didn't want to assume since this opponent is one he hasnt faced before. just to make sure he carefully examined the properties of the chakra that he was releasing and noticed that it was rapidly vibrating. Knowing that rapidly vibrating chakra creates lightning he was then sure of the technique that was able to be used and wasted no time to grab his ikazuchi blade hanging at the right hip with his right hand next to it. the moment he gripped the handle invertedly he used his advanced chakra control to quickly mold and focus wind chakra into his blade before drawing and swing it from the ground up. from there Unalaq releases wind chakra from the blade in the form of a vortex of wind that surrounds him as he continues to close the distance between his his opponent and himself. the lightning shoots to Unalaq but it distorts at the touch of the wind vortex without disturbing the momentum of Unalaq as he passes the pillar before him and the vortex vanishes as his opponents technique stops.

with Unalaq quickly changes to nature of chakra from wind back to water while raising his free hand and making a fist closing motion thus signalling his water chakra under his opponent to gush and suddenly form a sphere around him this immobilizing him before he could make any further movements.

the moment Unalaq notices his opponent is immobilized, he prepares for the final blow by extending his ikazuchi blade across his chess as he enters his immediate vacinity before swinging his sword laterally outward. the slash deals a fatal cut before Unalaq's water prison disperses causing his opponent to fall into pieces on the ground as the water was the only thing holding him together from the strong binding force in the water prison.

Unalaq: What a disappointment. I thought you would last longer.

I got confused on what to do in timeframe. Lol. But I am pretty sure it will work. If not I will edit.

As the lightning pillars rise from the ground I can see that the man had already studied my hand seals. Lightning isn't one of my specialties. Dang. I couldn't do the hand seals fast enough, he had already formulated his counter. I see him take out his sword, and funnel wind chakra through it. He gives it one swing creating a vortex of wind that dissipates the lightning and destroys the pillars. I quickly preform a blinding set of hands seals, hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, keeping in mind his Hyuga lineage, i'll be dead in no time if I let him get to close. Inhaling and noticing his water chakra right below me, rushing me to exhale a violent whirlwind of slashing winds all the way in his vicinity and dissipating the rising water. Focusing on spinning at all costs. I'm not done yet. I follow up with a blinding set of 7 hand seals creating two tornadoes in front of me perhaps blocking his vision of me. The first draws him in as it combines with the second one violently slashing him from every which way. Yes! Yes! I'll end this! I focus my fire chakra in my chest and expel a powerful jet of flames, that meshes with the cutting tornado and being fueled by the oxygen. Resulting in a fiery twister with the old man in the twister. And youre done.

I couldn't do the hand seals fast enough, he had already formulated his counter. I see him take out his sword, and funnel wind chakra through it. He gives it one swing creating a vortex of wind that dissipates the lightning and destroys the pillars. I quickly preform a blinding set of hands seals, hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, keeping in mind his Hyuga lineage, i'll be dead in no time if I let him get to close. Inhaling and noticing his water chakra right below me, rushing me to exhale a violent whirlwind of slashing winds all the way in his vicinity and dissipating the rising water. Focusing on spinning at all costs. I'm not done yet. I follow up with a blinding set of 7 hand seals creating two tornadoes in front of me perhaps blocking his vision of me. The first draws him in as it combines with the second one violently slashing him from every which way. Yes! Yes! I'll end this! I focus my fire chakra in my chest and expel a powerful jet of flames, that meshes with the cutting tornado and being fueled by the oxygen. Resulting in a fiery twister with the old man in the twister. And youre done.

the moment when Unalaq places his hand on the ground as he crouches low to the ground, Unalaq channels his suiton chakra from his had thru the ground to manipulate the water under him from the previous jutsu to burst upwards, thus, shooting his opponent into the sky before he could complete his handseals.

the moment Unalaq see his opponent in the air with his byakugan as he weave handseals, Unalaq slams both hands while molding suiton chakra causing a large mass of water to form and drop down on accelerator and his summoning with great impact damaging both of them the moment his summoning appears.

without letup, the moment Unalaq notices his jutsu makes impact, he continues by weaving a single handseal before spewing large torrent of water from his mouth in the form of massive tidal waves that are tall enough to crash against accelerator and his summon with Unalaq standing the top of the wave watching accelerator being pushed away. the amount of water Unalaq creates leaves the Forrest they were previously fighting in is left underwater.

Unalaq finishes off by causing the water that accelerator and his summoning was in to twist into a whirlpool to suck them both underwater thus drowning them and ending the battle.

Unalaq: Oh too bad! I thought you would be more powerful against my water style.

As Blaze and I rise above the tall trees, begin to form a plan of next attack on the old man. I begin to form words but out of no where a body of water comes pouring harshly down on me and my summon. GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRAGHH, curse that old man. Blaze! Do something! At first I couldn't tell if heard me over the water attempting to pull us pack to the ground. But suddenly as we are almost falling and almost at ground level, I catch a glispe of him opening his beak and we are suddenly are projected at a moderate speed going backward. Blaze had preformed a Katon technique, to get us out from under the water. I then back flip off the fallen frigate bird onto the mid section of a tree using my chakra to stay put on it, abandoning Blaze who's wing are drenched and can no longer fly as he goes flying past me and returns to his world in a puff of smoke. Immediately I see the old man riding a wave of water at high speeds flying straight at me. I can feel my face contort in anger, how dare he cut my strategy short! I'll crush you old man, Enraged I quickly make the Tiger → Dog handseal and expel a large sphere of wind at the man ridding on a wave, the sphere knocks down the trees in front of me as it travels to obliterate him, I then manipulate my fire chakra in my mouth and expel a large fireball the embodiment of my frustration toward the enemy right after the ball of wind and directed towards the ground to explode into a maelstrom of fire to incinerate his remains. Immediately after expulsion I jump from tree to tree away from the location still facing the opponent jumping backwards. Until I am looking down from the top of a tree at his location at long range. Breathing deeply...

from that moment, Unalaq weaves a single handseal before turning his head to his left and spewing more water in a thin and highly pressurized stream that can cut thru even rock as he turns his head from left to right. With Unalaq doing this he not only cuts the fire technique in half but also cutting down the surrounding trees within long range, including the tree that Accelerator was standing on. As he moves from the location the waves from the previous techniques catches Accelerator in the water since there is nothing tall enough to avoid the mass amount of water Unalaq has covered their terrain with.

Unalaq: Just make it easier and accept being defeated by this old man's water style.
