As a Sasuke fan I don't endorse this flame war, and while IMO Sasuke is the best character of the series. I don't agree that he is the only interesting character. The Story is of Naruto and a lot of ppl like Naruto and his endeavors, even if I personally don't.

But he didn't use him and directly after VOTE the akatsuki was on the move so either way if Sasuke didn't leave Shippuden would have still existed.

Just being honest dude, and don't get me wrong Sasuke is one of my favorite characters and top 3 as far as most well rounded characters go...

But as much of a role as he plays in the manga, his relevance to the story and everything he is linked to all goes back to Naruto's story. The reason the Uchiha clan is relevant is because of it's connection with the Sage who is relevant to us because he is the one who chose the successor who transmigrated into Naruto and also because Naruto is the boy he told the Tailed Beasts about.

Seriously man, I don't blame you guys for liking Sasuke the way you do. He's a good character and definitely favorite character material, but this is Naruto's story. Everything that is revealed to us about the manga is revealed to us because it in some way has to do with Naruto directly or something that eventually will have to do with a part of either Naruto's story, Naruto's ambition, Naruto's goals or his motives. No matter how important you think Sasuke is, no matter how big of a part he plays, and he plays, I would say at least, the 2nd largest role to the story, he is still not the main role, does not play the main part, and there are other aspects of the story still important enough to where one can not like anything about Sasuke, but still have plenty to like about the Naruto series.

Just plain honesty for you man. That's the way it is. I think it's odd not to like anything about him too, but I understand that you can not like him and it's ok. Hell you can also not like Naruto. The only difference is you can't say that you don't anything about the Naruto story because if you like anything about the series at all, you like something linked to him in some way. But that's only because he's the main character. It's just like I've told people up here before, you can summarize main idea of the story without referencing Sasuke. You can not do so without referencing Naruto. In fact, the shonen jump summary doesn't mention him. Don't worry though. When Sasuke gets his own spin-off series everything will be as it should to you guys
