Hamura and Naruto: Naruto's next level!

This theory is prefaced on the fact that the Hagromo, Ashura, and Indra dynamic is actually the second time that the Parent = Sibling + Sibling scenario occurred in history. The first began with Kaguya. Kinda long, so I separated it into three parts as best I could as well as a conclusion:

Originally Kaguya ate the fruit, giving her the same power of the Shinju and the then-Juubi. Kaguya then gave birth Hamura and Hagoromo, and her power was divided among them into equal portions of Yin and Yang, respectively. We can infer that Hagoromo didn’t originally have both yin and yang due to this scan:

If you take a close look, Hagoromo is donning the same mark as Naruto on his palm, the Yang symbol.

Kaguya uses her Byakugan to see the symbols on their palms. Then, the first thing she thinks of is this:

“Those two must be Hagoromo’s and Hamura’s” then comes to the conclusion that they are actually Ashura and Indra's reincarnations. The fact that she thought of Hamura and Hagoromo after looking at their palms suggests that they each had the same type of chakra as Hamura and Hagoromo. The only thing she didn’t confirm was who had which type. Which brings us back to this:

Here, after observing Naruto, she confirms that Naruto is like Hagoromo, and has the same kind of chakra that Hagoromo originally possessed, which was later passed down to Ashura.

Together, Hamura and Hagoromo fought to right the wrongs done by their mother, and wound up fighting the Juubi to protect the world.

During this fight, I believe that Hamura died, possibly to protect Hagoromo, and gave Hagoromo a portion of his Yin chakra, so that Hagoromo might finish the job. Hamura’s chakra then assimilated with Hagoromo, adding to his chakra and changing it. If this holds true, then it also possibly explains how Hagoromo obtained the Rinnegan (the combination of Yin and Yang chakra). The addition of Hamura’s Yin with Hagoromo’s Yang made Hagoromo a complete being, just like his mother, although on a much lesser scale.

When Hagoromo had children, his chakra was split, just as Kaguya’s was split amongst him and Hamura. Indra received the portion of Yin chakra that was originally Hamura’s, while Ashura was given a piece of Hagoromo’s Yang chakra.

Next we can infer that the due to the reincarnation process, the chakra of both Indra and Ashura was significantly less of an amount that they had by the time that it got to Naruto and Sasuke.

Here, Hashirama feels Naruto’s chakra and how it is on a level close to his own, but then realizes that it isn’t Naruto’s chakra alone that he feels, rather it is Naruto and Kurama’s combined chakra. Thus backing up the idea that Ashura’s chakra is not as much in Naruto as it was in Hashirama. So it is safe to assume that with each reincarnation, the amount of chakra that is reincarnated is less than the previous transmigrant.

is split his chakra and two (one part Yin and one part Yang) and give them enough so that each individual returned to Ashura and Indra’s level of chakra.

I think of it like this: when Hagoromo gave Naruto and Sasuke power, the idea was that the combined abilities of Naruto (son/Ashura/sun) + Sasuke (son/Indra/moon) = Madara (father/Hagoromo).

But now, those powers aren't on the same scale anymore, because of Kaguya. Kaguya was stronger than Hagoromo. So, if we apply the same logic as before, Hagoromo + Hamura = Kaguya. Naruto is Ashura, and by extension it seems, Hagoromo. So if Hamura gives Naruto his power Naruto would have the Sun (Ashura/Hagoromo) + the Moon (Hamura) thus putting him on a level closer to Kaguya, and becoming a complete being like Kaguya and Hagoromo before him. If he were to give Sasuke power, Sasuke would be stronger, but he wouldn't complete the equation (sun + moon).

Some of you might think that Hamura would simply split his chakra into Yin and Yang and give equal portions of each to both Naruto and Sasuke. I doubt this. The reason is simple:

At the time Kaguya gave birth, she was a being composed of both Yin and Yang chakra. Like I stated before, that chakra split itself evenly among Hagoromo (Yang) and Hamura (Yin).

I believe the only way to be able split chakra into Yin and Yang is if you have both Yin and Yang chakra. You can’t take pure Yang chakra and split it into Yin and Yang because the Yin chakra doesn’t exist, and vice versa. The only reason that Hagoromo was able to split his chakra into Yin and Yang is, like I said before, Hamura gave him some of his chakra before he died, and that chakra assimilated with Hagoromo’s chakra. Hamura can’t split his into Yin and Yang because he only has Yin chakra.

Another example to back that up is Kurama. When Hagoromo created the Bijuu, he split the Juubi’s chakra into separate pieces, thus giving each Bijuu a specific type of chakra. This is why the first 8 Bijuu all have specific nature elements and special abilities that they can use, yet we haven’t seen Kurama use anything but Yin/Yang release in the form of TBB. I believe this is because Hagoromo specifically gave Kurama most of the Juubi’s Yin/Yang chakra (while giving each Bijuu some Yin/Yang as well, just not nearly enough to match Kurama). This is the only reason that Minato was able to split Kurama into Yin and Yang, because Kurama was composed of Yin and Yang.

Another reason that I think power from Hamura is more likely to go to Naruto alone, and not Sasuke is I feel like it would be illogical if Sasuke got power from Hamura. The reason I say this is that I believe that Sasuke has exhausted all of his connections with Hagoromo's family. He was only given power by Hagoromo because Hagoromo felt bad that he neglected Indra. On top of that, Sasuke is a direct (however distant) relative of Hagoromo himself, seeing as how the Uchiha came from Indra. He isn't directly related to Hamura, but there is a chance Naruto might be. With all that said, Hamura is under no obligation to give Sasuke anything. I could easily see Sasuke taking a backseat to Naruto at the end of this one.

Conclusion:

I believe that Hamura will give Naruto, and Naruto only, a power up at some point in the fight. This is due to his chakra consisting of only Yin chakra, so he wouldn’t be able to split it into Yin and Yang and give each part to Sasuke and Naruto respectively. The reason he will give Naruto his Yin is because Naruto already has Yang, the addition of Yin will make him a complete being like Madara (for a limited time) Hagoromo, and Kaguya before him, though not on the same level as Kaguya. If this occurs it is likely that this panel was foreshadowing, and maybe Naruto ends up with these:
