and now naruto and kaguya seem to be doing gomu no gomu no rapid fire with one hand

yes it is its a move called geppo or skywalk where the user runs/jumps in the air by kicking their feet at super sonic speed the way guy did it was exactly like sanji. And now fruits that give power... Kaguyas attack does look like jet gattling as well.

Guy didn't use "Geppo", he used his speed to his advantage and jumped in mid air. This has been done multiple times over in multiple other series.
Jet gattling is a barrage of punches. One Piece was not the First series to feature a barrage of punches.

One could speculate their moves are inspired by One Piece,but Kishimoto could have came up with the moves on his own without making the connection.

Thats not what makes the fruit in the bible and of the juubi alike. They're alike becuase they both revert to the beginning of time and the fruit come from a sacred tree and they were both eaten by a women.

What? Sasuke isn't using shambles. His technique is barely explained and completely different from what we've seen other than him establishing a range. literally nothing alike.
