Rias is a young woman who appears to be in her late teens with light skin, blue-green eyes and a buxom figure. Her most distinctive feature is her long, crimson red thigh-length hair, with a single hair strand (known in Japan as ahoge (アホ毛), or idiot hair) sticking out from the top. Her hair also has loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing her face.Rias favourite thing to wear, is the outfit she calls the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, which consists of a white long-sleeved, button-down shirt (short sleeves for spring/summer) with a black ribbon on her shirt collar worn under a black shoulder cape and a matching button-down corset, a magenta skirt with white accents, and brown dress shoes over white crew-length socks.

Personality
Rias is shown to be kind, soft, loyal and caring to her friend. She rarely ever raises her voice when she's speaking, even when she's displaying her serious side. She thinks of Nikodo as a special person, and always gets jealous when girls are around him, becoming a totally different person when she sees him and other girls together, or when it comes to training. Despite her mature statue like a woman, Rias tend to act her true age and become frustrated whenever girls flirt with Nikodo..

|| Background Information ||
Rias was born in the village of Konoha in the famous Uchiha clan. Since at a very young age she felt the need of responsibility and cared a lot about her little brother. The parents died in a mission before and due to the hate Konoha heads had for the Uchiha, they lost their home and everything important to them. So they were forced to live in the streets a very you age. She was always keeping the mood up and cheering her little brother Isaki. She tried everything out to make her brother have a nice life and not experience the pain. So when the time came she went ahead to the Ninja academy where she would learn the art of the ninja, something that could have helped her financial status and actually make a living out of it. Rias was very focused in training and she literally tried everything to learn hard, and it actually paid off. She became quite adept with everything. But still she was too young and didn't understand a ton of the world.
After training under the guidance of many Sensei's, Rias began to teach her brother the ninja way as well. Which at later one will be proved as a big mistake. Isaki tried everything to train hard, and he wasn't a born ninja but to boost his moral Rias told him that he was at least on par with her. Rias continued the mission she was assigned with but everything would be changing with the mission of the infiltration of a certain man. Rias being talented was given the job to kill a certain man that has caused many ruckus. But her brother had a really bad feeling about it. Without even asking her, he took the mission scroll at night while Rias was sleeping and went to fulfill the mission in place of her.
Rias woke up in the middle of the night from a thunder clap, and desired to look at the scroll again, which later on she realized it wasn't there. She hurried up and went straight ahead for her brothers room realizing no one was there. At those moments she got the worst feeling and hurried up for to the location of the mission. Her quick memory was able to create the map of the area just by looking at the scroll once. But she arrived way to late and found her brother nearly dying. Having no knowledge of medical jutsu and no one there to help, Isaki died a tragic death but saying the last words just like before. "Why are you said, you promised me to smile no matter what.....I'll be meeting with mom and Dad then, please...don't come soon...farewell"
Her brothers death destroyed her from the inside, but she chose to follow by his last wish and continued life with a smile on her face. Later on one day strolling through the village, she met a shinobi not from there. He didn't have a headband, and had a dead expression. Rias was given the mission to infiltrate this guy, and see what he is up to. Rias kept on following him, until she saw that the unknown shinobi saved a family outside the village from robbers, She then forgot about the mission and met the shinobi herself. They continued talking and separated for that day. Rias the other day coulnd't meet as planned cause she was given and urgent mission. There she had to infiltrate the killer of her brother. She found an Uchiha there and attacked him desperately but it was of no hope. The Uchiha was a lot more skilled and knew a lot more. Being nearly killed by the man, At the same time her eyes were seeing that the mysterious Uchiha was attacked by the shinobi that she spent yesterday with. It seemed as if the shinobi and The Uchiha knew each other and while talking to each other she learned her names. Nikodo and Kladara, Rias saw the battle while she was lying hurt in the ground and realised Nikodo was desperately trying to protect her. He reminded her of Isaki
After that battle everything changed, Rias started feeling for Nikodo, He was sent there on a mission as well, to find that uchiha and bring him back, Rias heard hsi story as well, and she was surprised how she could feel that much for his friend that killed his sister. The Shinobis were ale to understand each other better then anyone and with that understanding the feelings got bigger, Rias saw that she her heart belonged to someone now and she decided to leave Konoha and go with the random stranger she met the other day. No one knew what would happen, but despite everything she had trust.
