- Lol stop with that. That all happened within essentially one page. The flashback got in the way of it though. I love that you failed to see what happened on the next page, Gai blitzed Madara. You must be registered for see linksYou must be registered for see linksMadara didn't have time to think, "Oh he's fast". Gai appeared in front of him, and he got wrecked. You must be registered for see links
- What I previously wrote. Gai speed blitzed Madara without hesitation and put his ass 6 miles under(I made up the miles). You must be registered for see linksGai wasn't even going full power when he hit him either. Notice what Lee says. It's meant to be a continuous attack going from speed 1 to speed 5. Say that was only speed 1. Gai still got 4 more speeds baby.
- Considering he's looking straight ahead, and his staff is directly in front of him(He uses it to defend himself), who/what the hell else is he looking at. Unless you're implying dude got tunnel vision right before getting merked by one of the strongest offensive jutsu seen thus far.You must be registered for see linksIn the scan notice the view we get of the staff, and the way Madara is holding it. Unless you're implying Madara has a side view perspective..
- Are you talking about Indra-Sasuke...? :|
- He was absolutely aware of the new technique. He can literally see the difference between the Limbos and Madara. Madara moved so fast that neither Naruto nor Sasuke saw or sensed him leave. Sasuke's reactions and reflexes were not fast enough to catch him escaping. Madara's reaction's reflexes > Indra-Sasuke's. The simple fact that he was able to escape and make it to damn near to Kakashi before they even realized he was gone should show the gap in their reflexes/reaction time.
You're greatly underestimating 8th Gate Gai.
- Didn't happen in one page, implying one page isn't enough to get a sword through his skull. You're showing Evening Elephant not Night Gai, getting his staff up to block the attack isn't getting blitzed, even though he wasn't at fighting stance.
- Madara blocked it, it's not speed 1 to 5 that's a mistranslation it's a 5 continuous attacks with the same speed. Later on Madara reacted to another attack mid air and saw Gai coming to wrap himself inside Gudoudama, he reacted to Evening Elephant.
- Doesn't matter if the staff is in front of him he paid attention to the staff instead of Gai. Say if you are paying close attention to a watch on your wrist would you still be able to pay full attention to whatever is in front of you at the same time? You wouldn't, and whatever is in front of you is blurred out.
- I'm talking current Sasuke.
- No he wasn't, that was the first time Madara pulled that off and it caught Sasuke off guard, Sasuke even questioned what technique Madara just did, so yeah. 'Damn near Kakashi' when it showed Madara being a bit above them when Sasuke realized it.
There was no need to mention speed. I never said Sasuke wasn't fast. However implying Gai isn't faster is just hilarious. My point in not mentioning the speed was that, Madara knew Sasuke was coming. When Gai blitzes Madara you say Madara could have blocked but he was too focused on his staff, yet when Sasuke does it, you say, "Sasuke flawlessly executes a speed blitz and is the fastest character in the NV." (I got a little creative with it, but that's essentially what you're saying). Meanwhile Madara just brushes the attack off as though it didn't even happen and continues stomping out obito.
When Gai attacked Madara also knew he was coming and commented on it, and then he got distracted. It wasn't shown he got distracted against Sasuke so yeah Sasuke flawlessly executed a blitz and is the fastest character in NV. Implying Madara didn't just regenerate and almost killed Gai if it wasn't for Naruto.
Also you're comparing 2 different Madara's as if they were one and make what Gai did more impressive when it actually isn't, Gai fought a weaker Madara while Sasuke fought a stronger one. Sasuke is faster and stronger than Gai, by miles, Gai gets toyed with.
