Naruto and Sasuke will use Ninshuu...... again!!! They will use the original Ninshuu together, as Hagaromo once intended.
The Sage Of Six Paths tells Naruto and Sasuke that in the concept Ninshuu, chakara connects people.
As seen from what he says below and I kinda just copied what he said
He also mentions that he does not intend for a single person to use it, just like what Madara was doing at the time and what Kayuga did back then and now. So the SO6P did not intend for one person to use Ninshuu.

I believe that Naruto and Sasuke have already used Ninshuu once, when trying to seal Madara but they will need to preform Ninshuu on a much greater level to seal Kayuga.

Next page we see them preparing their own jutsus to seal Madara
Naruto uses the boosted Rasengan from the Shikaku (a side power Naruto recieved from the SO6P allows him to use the Biju's maybeee? signature abilities) and Sasuke uses a Black Chidori and also thinks to himself, "I'll use the Six Path Power too..."

Why is Kishi making Sasuke the leader???
Back when these chapters were new, I saw a theory saying the SO6P was able to tell Sasuke more information than Naruto since Sasuke is smarter and would probably be able to understand the way Hagaromo was first talking to Naruto.

Now for me, I would agree and say during that time, the SO6P was able to teach Sasuke more about Ninshuu and giving Sasuke a more concept understanding of what Ninshuu is and being able to use it and for its purposes. This is why Sasuke is taking the role of the leader over Naruto in the fights of Madara and Kayuga. I'm pretty sure that we can all agree that Sasuke is the leader because it is mentioned multiple times of Naruto admitting to hate being bossed around by Sasuke. So, learning from what the Sage of Six Paths tells him that Ninshuu is stronger (than ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu), Sasuke knows it will be able to stop Madara and Kayuga.
Ninshuu At Work
Naruto and Sasuke each use a "Six Path Power"/ "jutsu you received from the hermit", and they both connect Madara at the same time. When the attacks hit, Madara was stunned by the attack, but they attacked Madara's Limbo. HOWEVER!!!!, the Limbo is mush after the result of of Naruto and Sasuke together using Ninshuu.
In this next pic, Naruto has stopped the Limbo fully and is actually becomes visible of the Shikaku patterns without the picture of it in the Limbo World, (meaning like we are not seeing it from Sasuke's perspective).

What Could Not Stop Madara Before
A Ninshuu technique was able to stop a "Madara" or Limbo. Gai's techniques were unable to fully stop Madara , that Lava Rasengan could not stop Madara but it hurt him a lot.
Some can argue and say a Limbo is weaker than the real Madara, I can agree but not that much weaker
Now something that could go against how strong this Ninshuu was that it stopped a Limbo, not the real Madara. This is true but a Limbo is like Madara. It is a clone of him that is invisible/unsensible to most besides Naruto and Sasuke. Now why create Limbo's if you can create Shadow Clones, Limbo's are stronger/durable as seen when Naruto is fighting them but we do not have full evidence that the Limbos are stronger, but I think we can agree.
Now in The Future The Main Point
Sasuke tells Naruto they will need both of their powers together to seal Kayuga
They will use a stronger technique of Ninshuu to stop Kayuga

Conclusion
Naruto and Sasuke will use Ninshuu to seal Kayuga. So Sasuke understanding Ninshuu and connecting with Naruto to create a technique in order for peace. I think it is Ninshuu because they are connecting with each other (there Yin and Ying ) and it is for peace. I mean yes, we have been told that they will try to seal Kayuga by using their Yin and Yang, but I made this to show the purpose of Naruto and Sasuke using Ninshuu for good and the original purpose which the SO6P originally planned, to create peace for the world. Not saying he planned Naruto and Sasuke themselves to use it, but for people to come together and use Ninshuu for good and create peace. Naruto and Sasuke creating the world Hagoromo originally wanted. The Naruto Wiki says Ninshuu is to "lead the world in an era of peace".
