As Kimimaro stated, he can form and control his bone cells by manipulating the density of the calcium ( which has nothing to do with the organs ) This isn't regeneration, but a part of his kekkei genkai. He says absolutely nothing about regenerating his internal organs once they are destroyed/damaged. A punch from Tsunade or Sakura instantly kills him.

Those clones were extremely weak. One of them was like 1/1000 of a gennin's full power, lmao. I just can't name any jounin or high chuunin level ninja who wouldn't be able to beat the crap out of them.

That's a strange body structure. I don't think that his skin are hardened bones, but his KG must have some influence on it. Since he can tear his skin and flesh apart and close the wounds. And they don't seem to bleed. After Gaara's sand burial he bled though, but regenerated.

Dunno. But I think it would've been clarified that he has a hardened skin as he uses bones. It looks like skin even if special. But in the end he can regenerate external damage for whatever reason.

I don't know from where you got this, but according to the wikipedia ( and several other sources ) the skin is 2-3 mm thick.

Yeah, I can agree with this.

Tsunade has the same ability, so do you think she can also regrow a lost limb? I strongly disagree with it because creating something from thin air is most likely beyond her abilities.

There was nothing left from his unerarm but a bone with a strand of skin. That damage was completely regenerated. Seems like it doesn't even cost Chakra. It's a mechanism.
