The chakra of Hagoromos two sons are now in Naruto and Sasuke. The chakra of Ashura/Indora can't be bound to two people at the same time. That's why Madara could only awake the Rinnegan due to Hashiramas flesh. In this context, he mixed a little part of Ashuras chakra with Indoras. By your logic even Orochimaru or Danzō would have Ashuras chakra...

Reincarnation is not equal to chakras, chakra is not like naruto's clones that the owner can withdraw all his chakra back. Chakra proven to be able to coexist in different people at the same times.

Madara toa part of Hashirama to obtain that kind of chakra. After Hashiramas transmigration was over and Ashura found a new and better vessel, Ashuras whole chakra changed its host.

Chakra is not a new concept nor only exist in nv. Chakra is known as energy, life energy, power, forces; however chakra is not soul nor reincarnation. The first scan you shows is different from the second one. Even trees without soul known to have life force. Energy/chakra is not soul
