Most members hate the anime version because of the manga version COMPARING THE TWO TOO MUCH if naruto didn't have a manga and just anime only, they wouldn't be crying like the bunch of b***hes they are now VIDEO(anime) > PICTURE(manga) ANYDAY

You people confuse the look of a character with animation. Even if a character looks crappy it can be well animated. If a character looks good he can still have shitty animation. I hate when people act smart but have no idea what they're talking about. The image you are laughing at was just a frame. The movements in animation are done in frames. There are a few keyframes wich are drawn first and then the middle frames are drawn between them. Middle frames will usually look weird if the character is moving front or back like we have here because the face will be deforming in the pattern from one keyframe to the other.

Animation is one of the two most important aspects of every animated work with the second one being the artwork.
