I had a post similar a while back (not being rude or anything). The opinions were kind of split.
It was about Tobirama or Minato entering Kamui dimension when Madara stole the eye and went after Obito.

It made me undecided on the topic and as far as getting to where kaguya took them. I don't know if its a different dimension or not.
The edo Kage did say that the huge chakra vanished, I would think that if one being had all the chakra in the world (except team 7 and Obito) you would be able to sense it anywhere on the planet.

Well, Tobirama apparently did sense Kaguya's chakra at a certain location and is heading in that direction, so maybe there is some kind of portal or traces of it that leads there...
