Shino approaching the battle ground seeing kakuzu in the akatsuki uniform, he remembered seeing sasuke in the uniform and he says "you must be in the same group with sasuke uchiha" and noticing kakuzu in a serious mood, he knew kakuzu was in for a fight then at once, shino sent his chakra into 3 thousand bugs in the body, manipulating the bugs to move from his body to his legs and dig into the ground digging their way underground towards kakuzu(kakuzu can't notice since the bugs are too tiny) then shino smiles saying "it seems that you are here for business, well let's begin" then shino quickly does the required handseals and out of nowhere a vortex of water appears and moves towards kakuzu with alot of pressure, hitting kakuzu and making kakuzu unconscious then shino runs towards kakuzu(that is already unconscious) and stabbing kakuzu in the head with a kunai.
