I don't see why people feel the need to make theories about this manga at all. Kishimoto's sense of direction is completely reversed and the least to say, retarded. Make theories about his manga but i guarantee you that it won't happen. If Kishimoto needs to get out of a sticky situation that he put himself into, he immediately introduces a certain someone or something into the manga that would solve his problem. Kishimoto just keeps introducing all of these new concepts and facts, yet does not finish off the events or sequence that he previously made. To simply put, you people make theories as a base for what you think will happen, whereas kishimoto is basically like "aw f*ck it" and he simply makes up his own shit. Nevertheless good theory, even though i doubt that this is what actually took place.

Kishimoto is doing a good job, and he probably had all this in mind, it was all built up?

OT: Really great read... I don't know if it's only into Hagoromo or his brother also (i'll check the original raw scripts, they're even more sure than Viz itself after all) but even if it's just in Hagoromo, maybe what Hamura tried to do is seal his mother's soul via DRS... Because in the end, Kaguya does resemble the DRS and I am a believer that she is the DRS in some weird way (cannot actually put this together atm) but there's also the possibility that the DRS might be Hamura himself somehow or a technique developed by him that resembles him/his mother.
Because if we look, Hamura had the same long hair as his mother and probably could be easily mistaken for her? This thought just recently came to my head, hehe.

Anyway, there's definitely something up with Hamura and I am sure we'll soon know what it is and we'll unveil it but till then, we can only theorize.
