I am not a fan who read all the mangas and I was wonderring Why he chosed to be naive and kill all his familly and clans for someone like Danzo?

it was because the uchiha planned a coup d'état. Itachi wanted peace and went on the side of Konoha and followed his orders. All he wanted from the Konoha elders was to keep Sasuke alive.

You are misinformed my friend. The Uchiha were planning a coup de' tat. That means they were going to attack the village. Itachi had to choose to fight with his clan and most likely be wiped out…as well as hundreds of Leaf Village Shinobi dying. Or he could take responsibility for his clan by killing everybody…He chose this option..

Itachi's only flaw was that he couldn't bring himself to kill his beloved younger brother
