In today's day and era, how would jutsu revolutionize modern warfare?

Would it even be viable? Considering we have tanks and machine guns and WMD's.

Personally I think the most helpful techs wouldn't be flashy Grand Fire Ball's, but the espionage Justus like Jiraiya and Yamato use.
