I was making a theory about Naruto and Ashura showing parallels between their powers and the six path techniques and I remembered Kakashi stated Sasuke could summon his hawk even in another dimension. The animal path gives the implication that it grants omnipotence to summoning. Could this be a hint that Sasuke has it?

If it were as simple as that, Kakashi would not have commented on it. All summoned animals until now have been in the same world as the summoners.
