Yes, her whole hair technique is paralleling Jiraiya's Wild Lion Mane and Needle Jizo techniques. I made a whole thread about she encompassing the sannin techniques. It looks as though she possesses a transmigration technique like Orochimaru too based on what she did to Madara.
