Naruto would probably win due to his healing factor. With just the ninetails he could heal a chidori through the shoulder near instantly. He can probably heal in a similar manner to Madara and obito did as jinchurriki jins (okay maybe not heal that well, but still heal really well).

Sasuke couldn't teleport his sword.
when fighting madara from previous few capther, sasuke actually stabed madara's invincible clone. When the clone back to madara, the original madara directly faced stabbed. That's madara's rimbo hengaku weakness. He have faced whatever injury received by his clone.

However sasuke could actually teleporting himself to wherever spot that within his eyes's range I think.
Sasuke only weakness about his teleporting skill, is he can't teleport himself when attacking. Just like kamui.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't understand your point due to grammar. Sasuke's ability is to teleport. Madara wanted Sasuke's eye and dived for it, and Sasuke swapped with his sword, thefore Madara flying into the sword itself. I do now realize that Sasuke can't directly teleport his sword into Naruto, but he could make a slashing motion and teleport in front of Naruto, or if Naruto were to do what Madara did and attempt to chase him. Sasuke can teleport when moving as shown as he did while running towards Kaguya and teleporting behind her, still running after the technique was complete.
