Why is it just now Naruto finds out he's able to fly, and Sasuke is telling the truth but does he really have to be such a d**k about it? And how is it that one kunai is able to hold up one fully grown man, by his hand mind you, and not wake up? I know he's exhausted but seriously? "Hey Kakashi here's some of Kurama's chakra, take out Obito's eyes and join the fight!" One better, use the giant Ninshuu/bijuu mode we saw, and keep them save from burning in the sweltering hot depths of a volcano. It may not be my manga but stop letting plot write for you dude! At least wake Obito up so he can kamui Sakura, Kakashi and himself away. Makes much more sense than the latter.
But the most important question, why would you get rid of the most powerful and charismatic villain in Naruto? I was so hoping to see Madara have an eye battle with Sasuke. Or at least actually use his eyes instead of run off like a punk to start the EG (eternal genjutsu). Fight until you have the upper hand, then start it. This way we would have seen Madara actually fight seriously, have him win, start the genjutsu, then have BZ back-stab him.

But what now, Kaguya is back and there is noone to talk no jutsu her (not that she'd listen anyway). Are we going to have Ichiraku come out of no where and revile that he's been the 6paths brother all along... give Naruto and Sasuke yet another power-up and sacrifice himself? And what happened with Kabuto saying "... genjutsu doesn't work on me anymore..."
