There you have it folks. Both Jiraiya and Orochimaru were bested and defeated by the very much inferior 4 tailed yang half of Kurama, who had no mind and thus didn't even use its power to its full potential.

We then have Hiruzen here who bested Full Max Power 100% Kurama with just Enma and knocked it out of the village neg difficulty. Feel free to post any questions comments or concerns.

Hiruzen never beat the Kyuubi. He needed minato to save him. And Minato couldn't beat it without Kushina's chains and they still got stabbed. The only person to solo the full Kyuubi is Hashirama.

On top of that, during the fight the 3rd also had to fight the 1st and 2nd Hokage's. I think in a one on one fight, with "Old" Hiruzen and Orochimaru, Orochimaru would still win the fight, most likely ending in a similar result as the chunnin exam. But, "Prime" Hiruzen and Orochimaru would end with Hiruzen winning the fight, and Orochimaru's, apparent, death.
