Sasuke summoned his Hawk from Hawk Land all the way to the Kaguya Dimension.

That means Minato can go into Kamui and FTG out.
Naruto can go into Kamui and Reverse Summon himself out.
And if any of Nagato's Paths go into Kamui, Deva or Animal Path could summon them out.

In all honesty, I don't really know why you'd say you couldn't summon into another Dimension.

Discuss how you can summon in and out of other Dimensions.

But Naruto's clone was able to survive in Kamui Dimension, and hit Obito with a Rasengan. Kakashi was able to use Jutsu in Kamui Dimension.

It's still debatable. We don't even know where they are.

Where does it state that Gaara's Sand "cuts off"?
If Naruto's clone could survive in Kamui, why couldn't Pain's Paths survive in Kamui?

What are you talking about Pain's Paths for?

Pain's paths are technically dead already so there is that. And 2. there is a distance limit in which Nagato can control the paths of pain from and a dimensional shift is surely beyond that limit.

This is an assumption. We don't know whether there are in another dimension or whether they were just sent to a faraway location in the same dimension.

I don't think someone can FTG into and out of kamui dimension simply because of the workings of the jutsu. FTG works by the user creating a marking using his own chakra. The marking has a link to the user. When one is sent to another dimension, their chakra is untraceable. Minato cannot teleport into the kamui dimension simply because he can't sense his marking.

We all know FTG is very similar to the summoning jutsu. As shown with the summoning jutsu kakashi was able to kamui the gedo mazo's arm just before madara summoned it. If summons can work from other dimensions the arm should have been summoned as well.

Yet another example is kakashi when naruto recharged everyone with chakra remotely kakashi was not affected simply because chakra cannot travel between dimensions.

Indeed. Pain's paths are remotely controled by the outer path(nagato). Shadow clones are different, they are independent of the caster but act on the casters instructions. When a shadow clone is created they have a link to the user. Which is why a clones chakra resonates with the main body and can also transfer chakra when dispelled back to the main body. However shadow clones don't need this link to continue existing unlike water clones. Because of this naruto's clone was able to sever the link and travel to the kamui dimension and attack obito.
