I bought them. But 13 are when i started activly smoking (cigarette), i stole some from my dad as well but that was long before 13, i can't really remember when. Same can go be said for alcohol, i consume alcohol i think when i was 5/6, i really didn't like it back then, but i consumed it accidentaly, i didn't intead to do so.
