Who wouldve been the best hokage that never got the chance?

For me its easily itachi. Even more so than naruto and sasuke because he had the power and the physical skills to be hokage and by age 7 even hiruzen said he thought like a hokage would. Hes top 5 smartest shinobi in NV and he is kind and hates fighting. He would always find a way around war and if it ever did come to war hes an able and powerful leader.

This by no means is a troll thread i legitimately think he wouldve been a great hokage, better than tobirama, tsunade, hiruzen and possibly minato.

Honestly your probably right. He has nothing but the villages best interest at heart. He is very strong and smart. He also is not afraid to make tough and difficult descions but has a kind heart and is not quick to run into violence. He would be a perfect leader.

So in your opinion, Itachi would've been a better Hokage than Tobirama the guy who basically implanted all the systems of shinobi, Hiruzen the man who led the leaf through 2 world wars, and Tsunade the person who rebuilt Konoha twice and had to clean up some political messes. BUT he would only "POSSIBLY" been better than a hokage who simply died like a normal shinobi of the leaf..?

Tobirama led them through 2 world wars but itachi wouldve tried better to avoid them. remember its not when you become hokage you get acknowledged its the other way around. The 5 strongest ninja at this point, sasuke, naruto, obito, madara, kaguya. Hes been acknowledged by all of them!

Madara unknowingly called him an able shinobi when he stopped edo tensi, madara doesnt hand out praise that often. Kaguya aka black zetsu acknowledged his brain saying hes smarter than sasuke. Sasuke called him perfect and he changed sasuke to the good side. Naruto praised him many times throughout the series. Obito said if itachi wouldve killed him if he knew everything. Hiruzen said he had hokage mentality at AGE 7. Hashirama said hes a better shinobi than him. Kakashi constantly praised him. Danzo praised him. Before the massacare he was known as one of the strongestband most trustworthy people in the leaf. The list goes on. Itachi is a natural born leader and as a shinobi hes one of tumhe

Itachi hates fighting. He hates killing, its been stated many times throughout the manga that hes the kindest and most gentle of shinobi. So why would he kill a kid? Hes been praised by numerous strong characters. Get on board with manga facts kid
