How do karin and itachi have good chakra control i thought they died

Karin has good chakra control because she can literally hide her presence, almost like Muu can. Wait WTF! I forgot about Muu. He takes the number 1 spot!

Itachi is on the list because to execute genjutsu you need extreme chakra control, it has to be precise otherwise the technique will fail altogether. Because he can execute them so quickly he belongs on this list.

Rasengan requires absolutely perfect chakra control, combining the highest forms of shape and spatial manipulation. Kmowing this, recall that Jiraiya can use it effortlessly in both hands simultaneously.

He also has Sage Mode, which requires a very high degree of chakra control just to not turn into a statue.

And he gave a big "f-u" to Pein's chakra spikes.
