People clearly don't understand how Mugen Tsukuyomi works.

Once the Jutsu is activated....it has Planetary range(which means nothing can escape it)...now, unless summons live in another dimension, then there is no need to give such retarded answers.

It's a Plot hole...

To be quite honest i've been less than impressed with the last few chapters. Also correct me if I am forgetting something but i'm sure that it was something ridiculous like the light of the moon casting the genjutsu... so how stupid is kishi to treat it as a worldwide affecting jutsu unless:
A) the world is flat.
B) there is another moon on the other side of the world that also is affected somehow.
C) a giant space mirror or
D) because, REASONS!

While accounting for the bending of light due to the atmosphere which still isn't good enough, there will still be a massive area where the moon can't reach.

Tell me about it. The only thing possible was the use of chakra rods to transfer the Rinnegan tech. But it still left a bitter taste.

No matter what the agreed upon explanation is, as a writer, an author can't expect 100% of readers to find that obscure quote from 120 chapters ago that when matched with previous quotes allows the reader to reach a logical conclusion. That's not how writing works. You write for the lowest denominator.

Even here on Narutobase where arguably some of the most knowledgeable people read Naruto related things every day we don't know how he did it, so Kishi can't expect anyone to know.

It's a world-spanning jutsu. That's it. It's black and white. Don't over think it.

It's hardly overthought... even a child knows that you can't always see the moon because it's round the other side... now if it was "ninja world" i'd accept that. As for all intents and purposes, chakra is isolated to those areas as far as we're informed.

Maybe it was caught in the tsukuyomi, but Sasuke released it from it's cocoon by summoning it, thus waking up Mr. hawk. Kishi didn't say this though, so I'm calling plothole.

This light penetrates solid structures and affects even those who are sleeping. This is a world ender. That's what it does. Kishi (and Madara for that matter) isn't going to bring in the end-all-be-all jutsu that only works 12 hours of the day.

Everyone. Everyone is caught. Period.

Man, I like that. Not everyone is going to go back to searching those little details. There are some that are able to, but the majority are unlikely going to try figuring out or connect the dots.

What are the implications of this? Does his hawk actually have the Rinnegan? Is his hawk an alien?

Lol you must be trolling. For you to make such thread it only means that. IT took place before and its activation has been stopped. It was simply summoned after its end.

Maybe sasuke had the hawk in a scroll on him and it was protected that way.
