Itachi's disease small theory

I was thinking that maybe Kaguya/black Zetsu gave it to him as she foresaw him as a problem in the future.I mean even with this disease he was a major bada** and if it wasn't for this disease then he'd maybe been able to stop Obito which in turn stops Madara from been revived and ultimately stops Kaguya from being resurrected.

Just a small little thought and I feel that there are many mistakes in this theory XD

Honestly i think it was just for plot. Without that disease sasuke wouldnt be able to kill him and a healthy itachi is the most op character ever if you disregard the recent chapters were theres 6 characters on a whole nother level a.i juubi jins, sage family.
