we all know that the sage has mokuton (senju)and the reniegan which is clear as madara got the sage chakra from combining his and hashi's power . in this theory i think that the chakra cloak and the gudou damas weren't hagoromos power but his brother hamura's power and there's alot of proofs on this:
frist of all non jin madara didn't get the damas he just got mokuton and riniegan.

the better quistion is : is asura really the son of hagoromo or hamura?
the reason i could ask this ^ because hamura is still mysterious and the sage didn't reveal any thing about him and asura being hamura's son walks along with the theory's that states that the uzumaki and hyuga are hamura's decendants while the senju and uchiha are hagoromo's decendants
and here,s the best proof in this panel kaguya inflicted naruto(asura) with hamura before she realised that he is actually asura,s

hagoromo got the stick even before he became juubi jin. thats why if you become a juubi jin/has 9bijuus chakra, you can have the truth seeking balls and manipulate them into the stick (including the one like hagoromo's)

naruto has those balls because he possesses the chakra of 9 bijuus (tho only a few from each of them). not because he has ashura inside him and ashura might not be hagoromo's child

what u r saying is an extention of the theory , i even quistioned if asura is sage's son or hamura's son that mean's also is hashirama the reincarnation of asura or the sage's son, and theres's the confuse of kaguya about naruto being hamura's or asura's reincarnation
