Akira sitting in a corner of the Tavern he notices the men who walks in and identify's them instantly his Three Tome Sharingan spinning.

He isn't wearing his Akatsuki cloak at the moment he deactivates his Sharingan and orders another drink he decides its better to watch he knows he could kill Orochimaru at will he just waits and sees what he has planned.
