Someone like Darui can't even tank a TBB, so why being a Kage lvl then? In my opinion, to be a Kage lvl you should at least protect your village by powerful enemies and destruction attacks, and Killer Bee really on the other hand has better chance since he was able to counter Juubi's Bijuu Dama.

True. But reason why I thought so is because he is like the Vice President in his village so I thought he could step up after the 4th.

The tradition is that the Jinchuriki be related to the Raikage in some form, and will be the Jinchuriki if he isn't already. Killer Bee can't be the Raikage since he'll most likely get Gyuki back.

He's the Kakashi of the Cloud, has a kekkei Genki, the third's lightning technique, defeated the gold and silver brothers, fended off Sasuke, has some of Hagoromo's tools, is Ay's retainer and one of the shinobi generals, yeah, I'd say he's the next raikage.

@1st bold, Kakashi's only kkg is the sharingan he got from Obito v_v, and the Black Lightning is something that is normally entrusted to the Raikage's main aid
