Well I wonder if he got the abilities Amaterasu Tsukuyomi and Susano because Itachi sealed them in him or he had them because they're siblings kinda Kekkei Genkai.

Amaterasu was a gift given to Sasuke by Itachi, however that was a one time thing. The chance of them both having it because they are related is high.

He doesn't have Tsukyomi, at least what we would call Itachi's Tsukyomi, and instead has enton.

Itachi was particularly surprised that Sasuke had Susanoo as well. This would mean that Itachi didn't try and seal Susanoo into Sasuke's eyes.

None of Sasuke's powers were sealed into him exccept for Amaterasu, but like I said above that was probably a one time deal (since it changed to Itachi's shaped mangekyo) and wasn't actually giving him the power forever. More than likely he got it because of the genetic relatedness.

Sasuke has tsykuyomi. He got bee in it when he first did genjutsu to him the screen effects were just the same as when Itachi did it to kakashi.

Difference (danzou already explained) Itachi had better mastery over it. N sasukes was a short duration.

PS , Itachi sealed just Amaterasu into Sasuke's eye and when he meet him against Kabuto he was wondered how he get that !
