[Suggestion] Design Hall issues we've had | I got a possible solution

"Yo, you know the discussion everyone's having lately in the Design Hall yeah?
Why can't they just create a section.
Where they choose 2 or 3 mods for their opinion on how good the avatar pack is.
If it's good.
If the MODS say your Avatars are good, start posting your next pack in the Design Hall main thing.
If not, keep creating packs in the section until at least 2 mods approve of the design, colours, placement, effort, effects and all that crap?
Everyone can of course check both of the threads."

I agree with half of your suggestion, that another sub-section could be made for avatars. But mod approval? Hell no. That would only deter GFX'ers to not post avatars. Let people do what they're doing, but in the subsections, so that no one would complain like us that there are way too many avatar threads/sig threads in Design Hall.

I feel like this, because IF we do implement this suggestion, and, if the Mods try to make that part of the section better, I think they should CnC the people that make Avatars and Sigs so they can come back and improve. However, if they don't see improvement or effort then they should do something which I still haven't decided on.

CnC is good, but mod approval makes people lose interest. Many of them make avatars for fun, even if they don't improve..it's a good time-pass for them, but as I said, it becomes something like a school lesson or something. And, I suggest mods should only give CnC to the people who request it.

I guess that could be implemented in the system. Only give the people that want the CnC.

Look, here's how it is. Design Hall is meant to show others your work and that you're improving your GFX skills, or show your GFX skills.
The "debate" so far has been with ppl who spam huge avatar packs that has absolutely no effects whatsoever. But rather just cropped stocks with a black border. Now that's very hard to do(sarcasm). The point of Design Hall isn't to crop others work so that others can use it as avatars and the one who cropped it takes all the credit. That's like saying i make a record on a vinyl. Someone takes that vinyl and makes a CD out of it and steals all the credit. It's shameful.

What i propose is what i posted in the thread of debate previously that no one even quoted. Take a look at my thread here.

See? I posted the stocks or the original look of the stock/render that i used for my work. This way ppl can actually see what you've done and give YOU credit for what you've done. Avatars in particular are extremely hard to tell what's been done by the gfx:er. Signatures aren't that hard to tell as ppl mostly work with renders and/or adds custom texts to it.

What i also propose is that huge avatar packs where you HAVEN'T shown any improved skills, could just be posed in the appropriate sticky thread.
