This is not a match-up at all...Kabuto is obviously better. Feats: he took a direct hit of a rasengan at a time when the rasengan was pretty hyped and survived, healing at a cellular level, he soloed the Uchiha brothers with relative ease till he was caught in izanami, he healed a next to dead Sasuke whilst the much Sakura did was sustain Naruto until Obito resealed the bijuu inside him...jutsus, besides medical ninjutsu, kabuto has the Edo tensei; i really don't think Sakura has anything better than that except perhaps summoning Katsuyu still Kabuto has snake summons too, in pre-time skip, he stood his ground against Kakashi and in the 'Chikara' anime episode he matched kakashi's taijutsu which is saying a lot since kakashi is very good at taijutsu...finally kabuto has the dragon sage mode which would overwhelm Sakura's byakugo release given his speed, perception and raw strength not to mention his sage techs...not to mention that Kabuto is a top strategist-almost a match for Itachi imo. Enough said about that i believe

That is true frogot about the Tobriama's help.

Either way Sakura heals using her own power. While Kabuto has used DNA of others for his healing. Not saying that is bad but if we looked at Kabuto by himself Sakura is better.

Oral rebirth isnt medical ninjutsu? How? It heals any and all physical wounds on the user.
