Kisame wins. He's a terrible matchup for danzo. Once the waterdome comes up, it's gg. Danzo will keep losing chakra, and he will have difficulty maintaining izanagi for long periods of time. The ONLY chance danzo has is if he lands his juinjutsu on kisame, but kisame's faster, stronger and has samaheda to protect him.(plus water clones as well) Overall, Kisame is the perfect counter to Danzo.(minus KA of course)

His paralyzation seal would be too much for Kisame in the end, IMO. Take away that and it's a level playing field. But the fact that Kisame will eventually engage Danzo in hands on combat and Danzo can afford to die once or twice is far too tricky for someone like Kisame who's more brute force then analytical (Not to say he is dumb, but he wouldn't take notice of a seal,).

Implying fuinjutsu would effect Kisame when he can merge with Samehada to negate it? Implying it's useful if Kisame uses Suiton Bunshins? lel.

OT: Kisame mid-high diff. He has the range in CQC and the reflexes - plus raw power - to even the playing field, and the seal is countered by simply fusing with Samehada or even Mizu Bunshin. Once Water Dome goes up it's over.

And if he get close to finish him off, by driving inside him, killing/absorbing his chakra, he wont be escaping Reverse 4 Seal
